Scope of work

Haven International Limited solely conducts Real Estate investments, its first being in Kariunga, Nanyuki, from where it has lingered and made subsequent investments.
With other Real Estate companies present in the area, and appreciating a spirited competition, we stay ahead of the curve by selling our land at competitive prices, and also giving our clients the best possible payment plans with no interest.
We have been able to completely sell off 11.5 acres of land in Kariunga, about a kilometre further down from our current project, within a record of six months. We subdivided the land into half-acre plots, erected our signature 6 feet high, 10 inches wide beacons and graded 9 meter access roads to the plots.
